In general, we have _too much work_ so we're going to have to prioritise what we can work on. There are areas of user-system interaction which are clearly not great (for example the command options are all over the place), but unfortunately no-one has had time to fix this. It would definitely be useful to get new view points so that we are aware of challenges and areas for improvement. So I would encourage you, but also temper that with the reality of whether anyone will be able to implement your feedback :-) Hope that makes sense, Steve / Futurile
