Yes, that could be it. But could you verify that the uuid it is waiting
for is indeed uuid of the partition?

Apart from sdhci, I think you will need at least mmc-block.

When you boot through the USB, are you able to use SDCard? If not, that
would be a different problem than just a missing module in the initrd.
