Hi Guix, As of gnome-keyring 46, the ssh functionality is disabled by default in gnome-keyring-daemon and has been moved to gcr [1] This means that currently (at least as far as I can see) the gnome-keyring SSH functionality does not work in guix
However, if I manually run export SSH_AUTH_SOCK=/run/user/1000/gcr/ssh /gnu/store/<hash>-gcr-3.41.2/libexec/gcr-ssh-agent /run/user/1000/gcr then, hooray!, gnome-keyring is able to handle my ssh keys again!
