I would argue that since they have different names, they are different
fonts, although the description "The same artwork as above, but proportion-
ally spaced" could also be an argument for considering the same font
with different properties. The different names are also shown in
gnome-font-viewer as "APL333" and "APL385".

Ultimately it is a judgement call; with different names and different
download links, I would suggest to treat them as two fonts.
