Hi, thanks for the hint. I did try to check if any driver is missing on the guest VM side. While I find nothing obvious, I did try locally upgrading mesa to 24.3.24, the latest release. I only upgraded in my own local profile, which I think corresponding to the X Windows client side, and the problem goes away...
So this may be a bug in mesa fixed in latest release. Since mesa release in GNU Guix is quiet complicated, requiring a feature branch and all that, I may send a patch and but that may take a long time to make to GNU Guix proper.
