LibreOffice interface translations have not been packaged in Guix yet. So, its interface is currently only available in English. I do not know whether anyone is working on packaging LibreOffice interface translations. I could not find any other discussions about that in this and development mailing lists, IRC archives, and the issue tracker. It may be a good idea to report the issue to the tracker to increase the chances of it being worked on eventually. Roman
