question about updating packages

Hi Guix,

yesterday I did a:

guix package -u

and it failed to build tealdeer.
So after failing to build one package everything stopped.

I did it a second time without tealdeer:
guix package --upgrade --do-not-upgrade tealdeer



I did it a 3.time
guix package --upgrade --do-not-upgrade tealdeer rust-sha2

then it went through and updated all other packages.

Is this the normal process if one package can't be buld locally?
or are there other possibilities to finish the upgrade process?

then the process stopped again, because it could not build another package. I think it was rust-sha2
