I ask because I cannot find any reference to the "system" init system that is shown in your output quoted above, current code only has: upstart, systemd & sysv-init. (more to come in the future). Could you check that the script is pristine, or send us a copy of the one you used, maybe there's something there that will give us a clue about what's happening ?
