Hello,
I did 2 basic installations of cfengine-community. All I changed in
the default configuration was this:
"acl" slist => {
"172.0.0.0/8" # Assume /16 LAN clients to start with
# "2001:700:700:3.*",
# "217.77.34.18",
# "217.77.34.19",
},
When I do /var/cfengine/bin/cf-agent --bootstrap --policy-server $ipofserver
on the client all I get is this error:
> Attempting to initiate promised autonomous services...
BAD: Unspecified server refusal (see verbose server output)
On the server I see this in the log:
Oct 17 14:56:18 sw-deploy-srv cf-serverd[3310]: Private decrypt
failed = padding check failed
Oct 17 14:56:22 sw-deploy-srv cf-serverd[3310]: Private decrypt
failed = block type is not 02
Oct 17 14:56:23 sw-deploy-srv cf-serverd[3310]: Private decrypt
failed = padding check failed
Oct 17 14:56:24 sw-deploy-srv cf-serverd[3310]: Private decrypt
failed = block type is not 02
Oct 17 14:57:19 sw-deploy-srv cf-serverd[3310]: Private decrypt
failed = padding check failed
I'm completely new to cfengine. These are my very first steps with it
and I'm lost. Any help on whats going wrong is greatly appreciated.
