We do run with a dated cfengine install which hasnt seen an upgrade in a while. Was curious if this was a bug fixed upstream or expected behavior of cf3 in-general. Also Im a bit lost on how one makes 'params avail at all times' or 'ensures bundles arent run unless params are available'. Is there community code anywhere which shows this off, documentation which discusses this? Looking for leads.
