Thanks for your help Neil.. sussed it was nothing to do with the configuraition above, it was all about me not installing the client correctly .. I didn't run.. /var/cfengine/bin/cf-key cp /var/cfengine/bin/cf-* /usr/local/sbin/ cp -Rp /var/cfengine/share/CoreBase /var/cfengine/masterfiles Then ran bootstrap and it seems all to work just fine .. /var/cfengine/bin/cf-agent --bootstrap --policy-server xxx.xxx.148.112 _______________________________________________ Help-cfengine mailing list Help-cfengine@cfengine.org https://cfengine.org/mailman/listinfo/help-cfengine
