Done. I also included something about an inconsistency between [1] and
[2] - BerkeleyDB is still mentioned in [2], but the command lines
mention TokyoDB, for example "apt-get install libtokyocabinet-dev
libpcre3-dev libssl-dev".

I should think [1] and [2] should be made from the same source - time
to check the build procedure?
