Unless you're using Exchange (which removes the List-Id header on email 
delivered via IMAP, in this version at least), in which case you will need to 
filter on the 'Sender' header instead:

Sender: "help-cfengine-boun...@cfengine.org" 
<help-cfengine-boun...@cfengine.org>
