Good day.

CFEngine Community 3.3.0beta1 is now available for testing.

Changing from alpha to beta status means that functionality is now
frozen, and only bugfixes are applied to 3.3.x branch.

Notable changes since alpha 1:

New features:
- Iteration over lists is now allowed for qualified (non-local) lists.

New promise types:
- Environments promises, which allow to manipulate virtual
   machines using libvirt.
- Database promises, which allow to maintain schema of MySQL and
PostgreSQL databases. Database promises are in "technical preview"
status: this promise type is subject to change in future.

Changes:
- Major cleanup of database handling code. Should radically decrease
amount of database issues experienced under heavy load.
   - Berkeley DB and SQLite backends are removed, use Tokyo Cabinet or
     QDBM instead.

Cleanups and improvements:
- Automatic reload of policies by cf-execd.
- Restored compatibility with older Automake and Autoconf versions.
- Fixed several compilation and runtime problems on Solaris.
- Documentation is generated during build, PDF and HTML files are
   retired from repository.
