Hello Neil, I have gone through the link you have provided but i feel it was very difficult for me (as a first time user) to understand it. i am just giving some more details on my issue. (1) i have setup one hub server and i have installed agent on one linux box. (2) initially my agent was working fine and it was updating files regularly form hub (3) due to some requirement i have to clean the box and installed the same linux and same agent on it and configured it via bootstrap command (4) but i found that my agent shows in mission portal under "unreachable host" eventhough i am getting successfull while executing bootstrap command. (5) i have checked ping from both the side and its perfectly fine no network issue can you please guide me step by step troubleshooting process along with commands to resolve the issue ?
