Thanks for the opened bugreport. Mark says in the bugreport: "Updated documentation to mention that vars/classes are exempt from this rule, since they are usually considered to be self-documenting". Since 3.2.0 only vars is excepted (see my examples). Please reopen bugreport to patch the code too.
