With CFEngine2 it was just that simple: editfiles: /config.inc AutoCreate EmptyEntireFilePlease InsertFile "/template_a" InsertFile "/template_b" InsertFile "/template_c" To get the same result in CFEngine3 would be nice, even if there are duplicated lines in the different templates used. At the moment the only workaround for me in CFEngine3 is to use only one template per file. But this is no good solution at all. If nobody has an idea, what I maybe oversee, I do a feature request.
