I haven't had time to nurture or promote the "github.com/cfengine" repo since setting it up -- but I did get three contributions, from hawson (name unknown), Jesse Becker and Nick Anderson.
When I see something cool posted on the Cfengine list, and I have time, I add it to the Shared Configs Index at http://www.verticalsysadmin.com/cfengine/shared-configs-index.html This page is a super-set of the "github.com/cfengine" site.
