Dear Mark or other Cfengine folks, Could you help me get the PDF version of the Reference Manual, please?
(It is no longer available on the website, just redirects to cfengine.com since the redesign.) I prefer the PDF version to the HTML one as it provides a collapsible/expandable table of contents. It does not have to be part of the website if it's been omitted from the redesign on purpose, but I assume it is still being autogenerated, could you please make it available for download?
