How very peculiar - I just did a vanilla build of 3.1.5 on HP-UX 11.11 with the GCC CFLAG option of -mpa-risc-2-0 in my config.site, and the build went through completely clean with no unsetenv(), no XOPEN_SOURCE type problems, and no libPW!
