Thanks, Neil. I tried binding both the server and client, but I still get the same misbehavior from the server (refusing to serve). I've tried 3.1.4 and 3.1.2 (from RPM), and they both refuse to serve. 3.1.0 built from source serves just fine! Same config (same site.cf and promises.cf). Good try, though, I appreciate it.
