How come 3 years? Why not 2 or 4? I get that it might be common, but would
it have been that difficult to define, say, YrMod3Eq2 (for year % 3 == 2)
and other classes for modulo 2 to 5 years (rather, up to come value that can
be ./configure'd)?

So, is there a specific reason for this choice or it is arbitrary because
there had to be _some_ choice at all?
