Beta 3 of 3.1.5 release is available on

Changes since beta 2:
* Bunch of build fixes on various platforms.
* Fixed matching of packages names in packages promise.
* Disabled erroneous "Buffer overflow while constructing string"
message.
* Fixed searching for Berkeley DB's db.h, it is no longer necessary to
specify BERKELEYDB_CFLAGS / BERKELEYDB_LDFLAGS in most cases.
* Lot of code useless in Core release has been moved to Nova,
including MongoDB, LDAP and libvirt support.
* Fixed crash in MySQL database connector.
* Fixed parsing of value_{kept,repaired,notkept} constraints.
