Thanks Mikhail. It works with su. That's a workaround, su being owned by root.
I did not think at using su. I only thought at using ksh, which is also owned 
by root. As several useful HP-UX sysadmin commands !

I'm not sure body contain is a solution as, ok I find it strange, inetd is 
being owner by bin but it can only be launched by root. As bin user a error is 
returned.
