Your suggestion sounds promising.
But,the "purge directory" is an new concept to me - like all cfengine concepts,
I admit.
And, searching for "purge directory" in the cf3 reference, I don't find it.
Is it known by another name?
Also, when you say "the directory were the files are that must be copied" do
you refer to a directory in the masters?
Are the {{{}}} placed in the file? or omitted?
