The machine is rebooted. Then every time cf-agent runs the daemons are 
restarted. This stops when we login on the node and restart the cfengine 
daemons.

Thanks for the information. The cfengine init.d  script is started as one of 
the last scripts (insserv dependency booting) We install packages on a host and 
the package includes a init.d script. I use cron to check the daemons and 
cfengine to check cron.
