Things to check: 1. Is a tcp connection possible between client and server (firewalls)? 2. Access. Are there access rules on the server to allow access to masterfiles. 3. Trust. Does the server trust the client or did you copy the key manually? 4. Trust. Does the client trust the server or did you copy the key manually?
