Glad to see this revisited - thanks, Mark! I'm with Neil - I'd like to see us use a tool that's designed for submission and review/rating of code snippets. I'll add that we should facilitate good work rising to the top - snipplr.com's popularity ranking is a good example. Anyone here have experience with code submission extensions for content management systems? Choosing a mature CMS would give us flexibility to try out different approaches (wiki/forum/blog functionality) within the same space. There's a snippets module for Drupal - I haven't played with it, but maybe that would meet our needs? We've had good experiences with Drupal. If there's interest, I'd be glad to take a look at the module and report back.
