Best way, IMCO (but that's because we tie everything else to LDAP already) -- update your LDAP schema and just add your ILO users centrally. You can Google for "hp ilo ldap" for reading material. Same for group/user management here, it all comes from LDAP. A script periodically generates passwd, group, etc. from LDAP based upon groups.
