Those messages mean something was set up wrong enough to make the cf-agent run stuck in some point for long enough to be killed by "expireafter" timer. As usual, run cf-agent -v and read the output carefully, so you may possibly find the point where it gets stuck. Otherwise, you may try strace or gdb for running cf-agent (you may check process table for those cf-agents waiting for something).
