All classes are kept for that agent process only unless you do something special to make the class persistent for the next process. Roughly - cf-agent starts and determines hard classes such as time, date, hostname, IP settings, OS. - Bundles are run and classes are set as defined by the policy. The agent goes through the policy three times before exiting.
