Hi Seva,
1. I've used ${} and $() interchangeably, and in cf2 at least, it was valid
syntax, and there's nothing in the manual to say otherwise, however, there is
no example of ${} syntax either. Are you certain that it's invalid?
2. PromisesOkay removed.
3. The missing files:
lib-conf.cf
lib-core.cf
