Igor, configs on your servers won't get out of sync until your servers have their clocks synchronized, their cf-execd schedule is identical, and splaytime is not more than 1. The only advantage you might have on running cf-runagent is to push changes faster than once in 5 minutes, but there are rare circumstances where it is really needed that hard.
