Thx for your reply.
However, when configuring update.conf, several examples found on the web are
using the following contruction:
control:
policyhost = ( myhost )
grant:
${policyhost}::
/etc *
In that case, it works. Should I conclude it's working only on update.conf, or
that compound class are allowing varclass if only the construction is simple
(use ${policyhost}:: but not '!${policyhost}.${some_other_class}' ?
