Right now, it seems every time the file distribution is ran.

In the cfagent.server.log, I have 3175 times the same name /path/program.

I guess it is because of the permission's check.

Files:
 "/path/program"
         perms          => mog("4555", "user", "group"),
         copy_from      => rcp("/staging/path/program",  
"@(search_list.file_server)"),
         action         => if_elapsed("5");
