Hi Neil, Thanks for the reply. I am basically using version 2 of cfengine and I am trying to restart a process. The basic problem is that I want its dependencies to restart along with as well. as an example say process B needs process C and D running when it runs. In that case, if B dies, I want C and D to restart first and then B has to restart. I am unable to figure out a type of configuration I should write for all the processes to restart in order. I had tried your webpage earlier but for processes you have given an example where you just restart httpd which would be just one process. I would like to know how to restart multiple processes in sequence. Is there a way I can accomplish such a task using cfengine? Thank you once again.
