Could we use [A-Z]? for instance;

 bundlesequence => { case("Hello"),

}

bundle agent case(string)
{
classes:

  "invalid" expression => regcmp("^[A-Z].*","$(string)");

reports:

 !invalid::

  "Not start with a capital letter: $(string)";

 invalid::

  "Start with a capital letter: $(string)";
}
