Hello,

I currently have 2 machines with cfengine installed as a test. The machines are running Debian, so I apt-get installed cfengine. Now I want to try and have cfengine update files or copy executables with windows. I have been following this guide http://www.cfengine.org/cfe4windoze.pdf. I have cygwin installed with all the necessary packages or so I think. I ran ./configure and that seemed to finish fine, because it says "Run make/gmake to build cfengine". But when I try to make I get this:

patches.c: In function 'setnetgrent':
patches.c:92: error: argument "netgroup" doesn't match prototype
prototypes.h:803: error: prototype declaration
make[2]: *** [patches.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory '/usr/src/cfengine2/src'
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory '/usr/src/cfengine2/src'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it? If you want the output before the errors come up let me know.
Thanks

Brian O'Neill
