I want to understand how to use this tool's... i do not find any good tutorial's about it (maybe i'm stupid and can't find it +) ) so what i mean... from grown to up... from simple to hard.. and so on... maybe anyone want to help to me with this problem... ?
It depends on what level you want a tutorial. There are Lex/Yacc examples for example in the Flex/Bison manuals, and books like the one by Aho, Sethi & Ullman, "Compilers..." (the Dragon book). (Also see the FAQ of the newsgroup comp.compilers, published there monthly.) Then read use the before mentioned manuals and hang out in the before mentioned newsgroup.
