Almost 10 years after, I feel we should revise and probably refactor some components of the current GH FHIR server and client to integrate the latest technology. We'll be discussing this topic next week at the GNUHealth and Orthanc conference in Hanover. This task should serve to collect the activities, discussions and development around it.
