Our surgeon colleagues form Itara have suggested the creation of a simple
operating room (OR) scheduling system in GNU Health.
Optimizing the scheduling for operating rooms ahead of time will optimize the
internal processes and resources in the health center.
Some ideas:
* The time slots preassigned to the OR will depend on the type of surgery.
* The schedule can be modified manually
* We should be able to have a calendar view for the schedule
