The key for sustainable implementations is local capacity. Documentation is important, but even more important is having a local team in the country / region that walks along each stage of the implementation in the centers where is installed. The reason GNU Health is a success in countries like Cameroon is because we have local team members that know the system and know the culture. They just don't install GNU Health and leave, but they're are part of the project.
