[Health-dev] Orthanc integration

Hello,

I'm going to assign a master thesis on working on Orthanc integration in 
HMIS starting beginning of january for 6 months. I think it's a great 
opportunity to advance on that but it will probably heavily depend on 
our preparation/concept. Please have a look at developer's corner and
