[Health-dev] Thalamus server fail to send queue messages

Dear all,
  I am trying to send some queue messages to the thalamus server. Some of
them, don't know why, are not sended.

  For example: I update the account_federation field on the  party.party
model, that creates a record on the federation queue manager. When I click
on the send button, nothing happens.

  Any clue why could be this happening?
