[Health-dev] Improving epidemiologic stats for confirmed conditions

Dear Luis,
WHO and Mohs request that a number of conditions are confirmed via lab and 
radio tests and reported in a monthly report. This is, for example, the case 
for Malaria.
As discussed, one way to it is to add an ICD 10 field to the lab test 
diagnostic and automatically create the corresponding entry in the patient 
condition.
You also suggested having the patient condition table as a single location to 
process the epidemiological statistics.
May you add it as a task into GNU Health?
