Details:
During setup of new database, system asks for new user. When entering a 7
digit password, system issues an error that password ist too short.
Additional to this message, a Python Dump is generated:
RPCException: <Fault u'UserError': [u'The password is too short.', u'']>
This causes the setup-wizard to freeze!
