Forgot to mention. We plan to release RC1 last week of May /
first week of June and place it on the community server, so
testers and translators can work on it. This part is critical, so we
all need to be able to test all components / migration / packages /
translations / processes / security before we reach GA.

End of June (with enough tailwind and if no major blockers show up ;-) )
we should be able to release GNU Health 3.2

The GNU Health Federation will follow its own release process, and the
GNU Health HMIS will be of the many other nodes that can be part of it.
