This way you could set the timezone to UTC via cmd - tzutil /s "UTC" - tzutil /g should give "UTC" and then you can run the latest gnuhealth on windows without issues. Not sure yet if it is possible to set the timezone only for the process that runs trytond. At the moment I can only set the timezone for the entire machine which in the end I wouldnt want since I am not in UTC. I would definitely advise you to go with the latest GNU Health! Maybe you can figure out a way to get a linux machine (or simply use virtualbox for the start). I guess most people here are running the server one some linux. I normally run the server on linux, I was just to lazy and wanted to have a look at the new version on my windows machine, thats why I stumbled upon the issue :)
