Noticed HADOOP-19075 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-19075> (add shaded jersey jar hadoop-shaded-jersey) is still targeting thirdparty-1.4.0 release version. Do we still want to incorporate it or do we want to move it out?
