I observed that for at least version 3.2.3 the artifacts on maven central for
the shaded jars of both
[hadoop-client-api|https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/hadoop/hadoop-client-api/3.2.3/]
and
[hadoop-client-runtime|https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/hadoop/hadoop-client-runtime/3.2.3/]
are empty, i.e. of ~45KB size and do not contain any class files if extracted
(or listed with "jar tf").
I've come across this [e-mail

suggesting that there was the same problem with version 3.3.3, which appears to
be fixed. Version 3.2.3 is mentioned as well, could it be that this version
simply wasn't re-released?
